Training Group schedule through the Fall and Winter months is focused on running. All are welcome as we plan runs to accommodate all paces. Week day runs are typically 40-60 minutes and either tempo or aerobic interval focused. Saturday runs are always aerobic long run intensity and sometimes on the trails through Marrott and Holiday Parks
