Our classes are helpful to the beginner user as well as a beneficial tool for riders of all experience levels. MOBILITY AND TECHNIQUE CLASS SCHEDULE:
Pedaling your bike efficiently doesn’t just happen. You have to work at it just as much as you do with your swim and run technique.
In this class, we break down the components of a good cycle stroke and we drill how to feel and develop that skill. Sometimes on the bike and sometimes on the floor.
